Description
Couve-flor à milanesa na air fryer, uma versão mais leve e prática da receita tradicional da avó. Crocante por fora, macia por dentro, sem excesso de óleo. Pronta em menos de 20 minutos, é um petisco ou acompanhamento versátil que agrada crianças e adultos.
Ingredients
1 medium head Cauliflower
2 large Eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs
0.5 cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
to taste Black pepper
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
to taste Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cauliflower. Cut into medium florets of equal size for even cooking
- Place florets in a bowl; season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently
- In a shallow dish, beat the eggs. In another dish, mix bread crumbs, flour, and Parmesan cheese
- Coat each floret: first in flour mixture, then in egg, then again in flour mixture. Press lightly to adhere
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes
- Place breaded florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, not overcrowded. Spray with olive oil
- Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through
- Serve immediately for best crispiness
Notes
For gluten-free: replace wheat flour with rice flour and bread crumbs with cassava flour or cornstarch.
For extra flavor: add dried herbs like oregano, rosemary, or thyme to the breading.
For vegan: replace eggs with flax eggs (1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water per egg).
Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer at 180°C for 4-5 minutes to restore crispiness.
