Ingredients
1 medium ripe mango
4 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp golden flaxseed (ground)
1 tsp honey or molasses (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and peel the mango. Cut the flesh into medium cubes or thin slices and place in a serving bowl
- Spoon the cottage cheese over the mango pieces, creating creamy mounds
- Sprinkle ground flaxseed over everything. Drizzle with honey if using, and garnish with mint leaves
Notes
Use a very ripe, fragrant mango for natural sweetness without added sugar.
